INSIGHT 2.jpg

OBSERVATIONS from user study combined with literature review that lead to the final brief.

The clutter bug that stood out among these is the Butterfly as their workspace often suffers from the messy again phenomenon and the drive to tidy up is rare.

  • Claim : Butterfly type - " It is an organized mess"

  • Organized mess is often organized only temporarily.

  • They are rarely sustainable.

  • Will need to be tidied up once in a while anyway.

  • And turns into an organized mess as easily, which is frustrating.

  • A product intervention is possible and more likely successful.

  • Traditional organizers do not work

Reducing Reflective thinking

When it requires the user to think about where their things are supposed to go , or put any kind of extra effort that makes it harder to do at any point of time and hence often end up in places that are more accessible and easier to see and remember.

Hence it would be easier to organize if we reduce the reflective thinking required to do so.
